How We Turned Ourselves Into Action Figures Using ChatGPT (And You Can Too)
At James Arthur Design Co., we love a good trend. So when we saw people turning themselves into AI-generated action figures, we had to try it. The result? A full team of mini versions of ourselves—each one with its own personality, packaging, and accessories.
How It Started
I, Reagan, went first. I uploaded a headshot and our company logo into ChatGPT, then used this prompt:
I want to make an action figurine of myself for work. I have attached a photo for reference. I have [insert details about your appearance]. I am also attaching the company logo to include on the packaging. Use colors from the logo for the design. My name is [insert name], and I’m a [insert job title] at James Arthur Design Co. I want to include two accessories with my action figure: [insert accessories].
Once I got my action figure back, I sent it to the team. That’s when things really took off.
How It Became a Thing
Each team member used the same prompt and added their own style. Then we all started saying:
Stylize my action figure like my coworker’s. Here’s their image for reference. ***attached (Reagan’s) AI action figure
Before we knew it, we had an entire team of James Arthur action figures—on brand and accessorized.
Why This Matters
Yes this was a fun team project to get engagement on social—but it’s also a reminder that jumping on trends can be great for your brand. It shows personality, keeps you culturally relevant, and gives your audience something fun to engage with.
At James Arthur, we don’t just follow trends—we help brands use them in a way that fits their style and message.
